  • Who is Just My Favorite Things?
  • We are a group of creative, passionate, fun loving people, just like you! We believe in the power of (your niche content). Style is everything. We are passionate about curating and creating only the most unique and custom lifestyle products. To find out more about us visit our About Us page.
  • What are the SHIPPING times?
  • We shoot for the fastest shipping times possible. On some of our creative custom apparel and gifts shipping in the US takes about 7 to 10 days. However, most of our other products like jewelry and unique products we source direct from many suppliers, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping and handling.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately we aren't responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with you in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.

My Address is Wrong!? 
If you contact us immediately after the order is made to let us know about an alternate shipping address we will change this for you if the item hasn't been sent. Email us at support@justmyfavoritethings.com ASAP.

    • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes we currently ship to the majority of the world. If you have any questions or you can't seem to ship to your region, please email us at support@justmyfavoritethings.com and we will try to resolve your problem.
  • Do you provide tracking?
  • Yes, on some of our custom items we provide tracking with your receipt. Otherwise, some of our suppliers don't provide live tracking for orders under $100. If you do not receive your order within the time that is stated on our shipping times page then get in contact with us at support@justmyfavoritethings.com and we'll quickly resolve any problems.
  • How are you able to offer some products for free and only charge shipping?
  • We do these special limited time offers as a way to introduce new customers to our brand in hopes that we will bring you back for more cool gifts.
  • I ordered multiple items, but only received some of them... where's my order?
  • We have different suppliers and manufacturers across all continents. Some make our jewelry, and some print our t-shirts and other custom gear fresh and new for you! So because of this they may not come together at the same time but they will arrive.

IMPORTANT: Because we have the different suppliers and manufacturers your items are shipped separately from multiple locations. If one item comes first, don't panic, everything will arrive shortly.

  • I no longer want my order, can I cancel and refund?
  • We do a have a refund policy in place on damaged/missing goods. Unfortunately we can't provide cancellations if your order has been shipped. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.

But we understand that every case is different, just reach out to us by email and we'll be happy to try our best to help.

  • Just My Favorite Things adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

If you look in your address bar, you will see we have been awarded the green padlock before our web address. When you see this on any internet website, it means your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Also we are Norton certified, and Mcafee Secure.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

  • Where can I contact you?
  • Contact us via support email or call us. We try our best to get back to you within 24 hours on business days Monday to Friday and 24 to 48 hours on weekends. Please be patient and we will get back to you as shortly as possible. Customer service is our priority.
